Meet Lisa Coleman


Lisa Coleman

Lisa Coleman was named Chief Operating Officer in January of 2020.  In this role she has responsibility for all operational functions at Mycorrhiza Biotech, including Corporate Development,   Employee Success, Facilities Management and Security, as well as Global Marketing, and Strategic Alliances.  Prior to that she served as the Executive Vice President of the Project Management  Office with added responsibility for company-wide account management and oversight of corporate initiatives including Information Technology,     Real Estate, and Corporate Training.  Since  joining the organization in 2012, where she began her career as an Account Manager working directly with our farmers and other customers to maximize their investments and ensure quality  product delivery, Ms. Coleman has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Operations division

Before joining Mycorrhiza Biotech, Ms. Coleman worked for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of the National Capital Area where she held several positions in customer service and operations management advancing the career ladder in positions gaining more responsibility over several decades.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Ms. Coleman holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Alabama at Birmingham as well as an associate’s degree in Culinary Science from Baltimore International College.

Ms. Coleman is an active member of her church where she serves on several boards, and dedicated member of her sorority where she holds a leadership position, and she enjoys her role as a Girl Scout troop leader.

 


Meet Nancy Rosborough, Founder and Chief Executive Officer


Ms. Rosborough is leading Mycorrhiza Biotech in its continuing evolution as a total agbiotech company.  Mycorrhiza Biotech is a growing company that provides products and services that help farmers and forests thrive, all while doing innovative research and development and business the right way. The result is shared opportunity for communities, customers and employees.

Before founding Mycorrhiza Biotech, Ms. Rosborough had an extensive career in Information Technology growing into leadership positions with organizations across a broad spectrum of private, government, and quasi-government companies spanning business domains from defense, finance, service, and biotechnology.

Ms. Rosborough holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Howard University and a diploma in Automotive Technology from Alamance Community College, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  Ms. Rosborough is a certified Project Management Professional.

Ms. Rosborough is a native of our Nation’s Capital with deep roots in Alamance County, NC. She still managers her century-old family farm and is happiest driving or repairing her great uncle’s 1964 Allis Chalmers D-10 tractor.  She is an active member of her church, a member of the Planning & Zoning Commission for Burlington, NC, and a recent member of the Board of Trustees of Alamance Community College.
